Perceived Roadblocks

Perceived Roadblocks

There are days when we give something insignificantly negative the ability to ruin something monumental.

Yep, you guessed it, I have an example...
Go back with me if you will to Easter Sunday 2008. (I know some of you may not want to, but for examples sake, let’s do.)

* You wake up late, realise it’s ok and still make it to church on time.

*Someone you love will be leaving for a while, understand, as hard as it is, that he will make it. He has a destined purpose he’s trying to find through this outlet and should be given that chance.

*The pastor is out, but God has equipped this Church of small numbers with more than one great leader and carrier of His message.

*A lot of the Easter items for the children are locked in a car...along with the keys, however the leader prepared ahead by already bringing a lot of it in and so thigs go just fine...Because that is her ministry and God’s hand is in it.

*The Roadside Assistance personnel is less than trained, yet the keys are recovered and all is well....Eventually!

*The list could go on and I know you have one of your own...

Let’s not forget the monumental, no matter how signifigant the negative is. Satan was staring fights all over this Day marked to Honor our God. The spiritual realm was alive and "kicking" to say the least and focus was fought for, however the day is no less monumental for it. And it is our job to ensure that the GLORY is not misdirected either!

Rise up, overcome, and give the Glory to Whom it is due!!!

"Let them give glory to the LORD and proclaim His praise in the islands. The LORD will march out like a mighty man, like a warrior he will stir up His zeal; with a shout He will raise the battle cry and will triumph over His enemies." Isaiah 42:12-13
